Availability

All artwork shown on this site was available for sale at the time of posting. Although we will endeavor to maintain the site up to date, all items are subject to prior sale and we cannot guarantee the availability of any piece.

If an item you order is not available we will notify you via email to obtain your further instructions.

Title to all items remains with Galerie Inuit Plus until payment in full is received and cleared by our bank.

Currency

All prices shown on our site are in Canadian dollars.

USA & Foreign Orders: Non-Canadian credit card orders will have the invoice amount in Canadian dollars converted into your currency by your financial institution at their prevailing exchange rate. This amount will appear on your credit card statement.

For your convenience for orders paid by cashier's check, etc., we will convert the full amount due for your order to US dollars. The rate of conversion we use is the rate our bankers charge us (at the time of the sale/enquiry), for sale of US dollars. Both the rate and the amount due in US dollars will be shown on your invoice.

Method & Security of Your Payment

This web site is secured using a Thawte Digital Certificate. This ensures that all information you send to us via the World Wide Web will be encrypted.

We accept payment by both VISA and MasterCard. Orders will only be charged to your credit card account AFTER you indicate your approval by returning an email of approval after we send you a copy of the invoice or if requested completing and returning via FAX an endorsed copy of the invoice we will email to you. To assure your security, we do not show your full credit card number on the invoice we send you for your approval.

Credit card orders MUST show the address to which their credit card invoice is delivered. Foreign orders will only be delivered to this address.

Credit card orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of your approval of the invoice.

For your convenience we also accept payment via cashier's check, bank draft, certified check, money order or personal check. All payments must be cleared by our bank before any item is shipped. Personal checks from the USA take longer to clear because of the different banking system used in Canada.

For non-credit card orders, once you have confirmed receipt and acceptance of the invoice we will reserve the item(s) for a 10-day period to allow for receipt of your payment (cashier's check, etc.).

Lay-away Plan

For your convenience Galerie Inuit Plus also offers a lay-away plan. This would normally see an initial down payment (25%) with the balance as three equal payments each spaced a month apart. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard or personal checks for the payments. If this is of interest you may request this in the dialog box labeled "Additional Instructions" when completing the Order Form.

In addition to the cost of the artwork, the following may be charged depending upon the delivery location and amount of the order. All items will appear on the invoice you will receive for approval by email after you place your order.

Note:

1) Inuit art shipped to the USA is Customs Duty FREE. Galerie Inuit Plus also provides free Customs Brokerage Services for routine Customs clearance.

2) The shipping prices shown above are estimates for ground courier service. The actual cost may be higher or lower and is subject the actual size and weight of the shipping box.

3) Orders from outside of Canada and the Non-Continental USA will see any shipping charges on their invoice. For more information on (non-USA) foreign taxes see Customs Duty and Other Taxes at (Delivery Information).

Summary of Placing an Order

 

Selecting Items

To select an item for order, simply click the Add to Shopping Cart button while viewing the detailed page of any item. This will bring you to your shopping cart where you will see a "thumbnail" picture, a short description and the price for each item you selected.

You may then do one of the following:

Your shopping cart will re-appear each time you add an item to the shopping cart. You may also review your shopping cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart button on the tool bar. Once you are ready to finalize your order, you should click the Order button shown on the Shopping Cart frame.

Submitting Your Order

To finalize your order and submit it to us, you must complete the Order Form in full. We need all of the information requested to calculate your shipping costs and complete your invoice. Courier services require a street address for delivery. Credit card orders MUST show the address to which their credit card invoice is delivered.

You may at this time again remove any item you do not wish to order by clicking the Remove button. After completing and reviewing the form, print a copy of the form for your records and submit the form to us by clicking the Submit Order button. We will confirm availability of the items in your order and send you an invoice via email. You normally should receive this invoice the next working day.

You will be charged only AFTER you have confirmed receipt and acceptance of the invoice. Credit card orders should return via fax a signed copy of the invoice. For all other payments, an email approval of the invoice will see the item(s) reserved for a 10-day period to allow for receipt of your payment (cashier's check, etc.).

Items will be shipped after payment is received in full and cleared by our bank. You will be emailed upon shipment and given a UPS tracking number by which you can follow the progress of your shipment (applies to UPS shipments only).

Clients from Timmins and area may arrange for pick-up or delivery in the Special Instructions box of the order form. You may also call or email us to arrange a visit to view any item. We will make personal deliveries in the Timmins area only.
